Who Are We?

New River is a unique collaboration of people with different skills and expertise. Some with experience in community engagement, others in mentoring, coaching and listening skills, others in identifying and growing strengths, still others in growing vision and direction, mentoring or supporting leadership. Each person is offering their time because they have a concern to help others make a difference with their lives and grow positive directions and leadership. Each comes with a foundational belief in working with people’s strengths and discovering how to make the most of the gifts and strengths we have, the things we do well and that give us energy.
